All UK residents aged 18 years and over, who have a UK mobile phone, email address and a UK bank account are eligible. We only offer sole accounts, so for example, you won’t be able to open a joint account with a family member or friend.

The account opening process can all be done electronically. Sometimes you might be asked to produce the following:

  • a Valid Photo ID (passport, driving licence, government-issued ID)
  • proof of UK address (eg., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months

Once you finish the application process (including the upload of any documents if applicable), our team will review your application. Once your account is open, we’ll email you your account information, including:

  • sort code
  • account number
  • account opening date
