These are quick step-by-step instructions we’ve sent over to you through email – here they are at a glance:

What will happen when you first log in:

  1. Enter your email (the same one we’ve sent the email to)
  2. We’ll email you a One-Time Password (OTP), which will be a series of numbers
  3. Enter the OTP from the email into your browser on the page that requests this
  4. We’ll then send you a text message with another OTP to your mobile number (because security is our top priority)
  5. Enter the OTP from the text message into your browser on the page that requests this.
  6. Set up a new alphanumeric password for your login credentials going forward

Quick note: After you complete this process, you’ll sign in using just your email address. We’ve removed separate usernames, unlike the old JN Bank UK portal.

You can update your email address or phone number through online banking.

If you need to change any other details, you’ll need to call us on 0808 196 1945 and we’ll be happy to help.

Just note, if you need to update more than one thing within a short period of time, please give us a call.

 

Not to worry – it’s because our staff are still reviewing your application and will be in touch via email if we need any more information – this could take up to three working days.

Please note, after the last step you’ll be taken back to your dashboard. If you don’t see your new product, we’ll be in touch through email.
