What happens next
Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll take it from there and guide you through everything step-by-step.
We’ll send you a short disclaimer form by email (or by post if that’s easier for you). If you need help at any point, just let us know. Just please make sure to return the form within 30 days, along with any supporting documents. That way, we can look into your case as quickly as possible.
It’s really important to get it back within 30 days. If we don’t receive it in time, we may need to close your case, and you could remain responsible for the account.
While we’re looking into this, keep an eye on your account and let us know straight away if anything else looks unusual.
Keep your account safe
If you think someone may have access, change your passwords and app login details. It’s worth checking your contact details are up to date too, so we can reach you quickly.
Watch out for scams
Scammers may try to contact you again pretending to be us. Just remember — we’ll never ask for your full password, PIN, or for you to move money to a “safe account”. If anything feels off, don’t respond and get in touch with us through our phone number.
Check all your accounts
Have a quick look at your recent transactions for anything you don’t recognise, and check any other accounts you hold too. Fraudsters often start small before doing anything bigger.
